Saturday June 7th is National Learn to Row day!

As part of this nationwide program, LMRC is opening our doors to anyone interested in learning about rowing!

Bring your family and friends to tour the boathouse, meet rowers from all of our programs, see the fleet, and try out an erg!

This event is free and open to the public - no experience needed and all fitness levels welcome!

Competitive and recreational rowers range in age from teens to over 90 - it’s never too early or late to learn to row!

The boathouse is located at 1520 Lakeside Drive, Oakland (4 Blocks from BART), and is in the same building as the Lake Chalet Restaurant. The boathouse entrance is on the south side of the restaurant. (To the right when you stand in front of the Lake Chalet entrance.)
