Youth Competitive Program iCrew Walkthrough

2023-2024 LMRC Membership Year Fees

COST & REGISTRATION:

$2,475 per Season. 

FALL SEASON: September 6 through mid-December

SPRING SEASON: Mid-January to mid-May 

(Practice start and end dates to be determined)

Practice schedule: 

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:  4:15pm to 6:30pm

Saturday:  9:30pm to 12pm

  • LMRC Membership will not be refunded.

 

Starting a Membership with LMRC’s YOuth Competitive Program

To join the club’s Competitive Youth Program, both Parent/Guardians and their Children will need to sign up for an iCrew account. iCrew is LMRC’s official club management tool that will allow you to make a payments for program fees, check in and out of practice sessions, and sign important documents. You cannot row without iCrew. (Note that after your iCrew registration is complete, you will want to download the iCrew app to your phone - search app store for iCrew rowing).

  1. Parents/Guardians must first create an iCrew account, to create an iCrew account. Go to: LMRC Competitive Youth Team

  2. Parents, you will see a few options, click the link “Competitive Youth Rowing Parent”

  3. Fill out all required fields on the page with your contact information.

  4. When you first complete the first registration page you will see the option to create an iCrew account for your child by clicking on a green button at the top of the page. You must complete an iCrew profile for your child in addition to your Parent/Guardian profile.

  5. When asked what team your child will be joining make sure to select the “Youth Rower Comp Youth Rowing Team Member” option.

  6. Complete the profile for your child.

  7. After completing your child’s iCrew Profile and account you will be logged out of all iCrew accounts. Please log back in to your Parent/Guardian account.

  8. After logging back into the Parent Account you will need to do the following:

    • Pay Membership Dues and create a recurring payment for monthly program billing, found under the Payments Tab.

    • Sign all waivers found in the Documents tab.

    • Add a Date of Birth and a USRowing Membership Number* under your child’s “Profile” tab, under the subsection of “Rower Settings”. Additionally, you must add an Emergency Contact under the “Emergency Contact” tab in the same “Profile” menu.

  9. Once payment is completed you will receive a receipt from our payment partner and LMRC Membership will contact you with a welcome email if you do not receive an email from Membership within 48 hours please email membership@lakemerrittrowingclub.org

    * All LMRC Members are required to be members of USRowing. Be sure to include your USRowing membership number in your profile, found in the “Profile” tab on the main screen. You can sign up for a USRowing membership at: https://membership.usrowing.org/individual/join (cost is $25 as of 5/1/2023, $20 if renewing an existing membership). If needed the club code is: 76KBR
